Joyce and Kyle were planning an fun outdoor ceremony and reception in September in Birmingham, Alabama. To ensure it wouldn't rain, they followed some old Southern folklore and buried a bottle of bourbon in the spot they were getting married. Lucky for them, this worked! During our design consultation, Joyce mentioned how much she loved peonies and that she and Kyle both really loved the color purple. To convey that this was not a formal event, we created a design on an angle (left to right down the page), instead of the more traditional centered layout.
